Terms of Use for Employers
Last updated: 15 July 2026 · Effective: 15 July 2026
1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of hire.quickcommercejobs.com and the employer services of QuickCommerceJobs (together, the "Platform"), operated by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with its registered office at WeWork India, DLF Forum, DLF Cyber City Phase III, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. CIN: U58201HR2025PTC135312. GSTIN: 06ABDCA5480F1ZT.
By creating an employer account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent, and you warrant that you have the authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Job seekers are governed by the candidate Terms of Use at quickcommercejobs.com/terms.
2. Nature of the service
QuickCommerceJobs is an independent hiring platform for the quick-commerce sector. For employers, it provides job posting, candidate search, and candidate contact tools, backed by our own dark store and salary market data.
We are not a staffing agency and not a party to any employment relationship you form. We are not affiliated with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or any quick-commerce company; third-party trademarks are used only to identify the companies and stores a role relates to, under nominative fair use.
3. Eligibility and verification
Employer accounts are for legitimate hiring businesses: platform corporate teams, franchise and store operators, and staffing agencies hiring for named clients. Every account must pass verification (corporate email domain, GSTIN with registered business name, or physical store verification) before it can view or contact any candidate.
You agree to provide accurate business information and to keep it current. Verification obtained with false or misleading information voids the account and any passes purchased on it, without refund.
4. Employer accounts
Accounts are opened with a work email (Google sign-in or email link). You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access limited to people authorised to hire for your business. One business may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits, and an email address used for a candidate account cannot also operate an employer account.
5. City Pass, payments, and GST
The free tier includes one active job post, free contact with applicants to that post, and a limited preview of candidate profiles; contacting candidates proactively requires a City Pass. Paid access is sold as a City Pass: a one-time payment that unlocks unlimited candidate unlocks and job posts in one city for a fixed period (for example 1 month or 3 months). A City Pass is not a subscription: nothing auto-renews, no payment method is stored for future charges, and access simply ends when the pass expires. Buying a new pass for a city you already hold extends your access by the new pass length.
Displayed prices are inclusive of GST; your invoice shows the tax break-up at the applicable rate. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment; provide your GSTIN at checkout to receive a B2B invoice eligible for input credit.
Because a City Pass grants immediate access to a digital service, payments are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or where we fail to provide the service. "Unlimited" use is subject to fair-use protections against automated scraping; genuine hiring activity does not approach these limits.
6. Candidate data obligations
Candidate profiles and contact details are personal data of the candidate, shared with you for one purpose only: evaluating and contacting that person for employment at your business. You agree to:
- use unlocked contact details only for hiring, never for marketing or resale;
- not export, share, or publish candidate data outside your hiring team;
- delete candidate data you no longer need for an active hiring process;
- comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 in your own processing;
- never charge a candidate any fee at any stage (see section 10).
Misuse of candidate data is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and we may report unlawful processing to the relevant authorities.
7. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- post false, misleading, or discriminatory job posts;
- advertise roles that do not exist or bait-and-switch candidates on pay;
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Platform;
- use bots or automation to unlock or contact candidates;
- circumvent rate limits, velocity caps, or security measures;
- harass or threaten candidates or misrepresent who you are;
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Job posts and moderation
Every job post is reviewed before it goes live and must accurately describe the role, pay, and location. We may edit formatting, reject, or take down posts that violate these Terms or our candidate-protection rules. Live posts expire after a fixed period unless renewed. Editing a live post returns it to review.
9. No hiring guarantee
We do not guarantee applications, responses, or hires. Candidate availability, response rates, and market salary data change constantly. Salary benchmarks are estimates from live market data, not offers or promises of candidate acceptance.
10. Workers are never charged
Candidates never pay anything on QuickCommerceJobs, and you must never charge them: no registration fees, training fees, uniform deposits, document charges, or any other payment at any stage of hiring. Charging a worker, or attempting to, is grounds for immediate permanent termination and will be reported. Candidates can report employers via the platform and at trust@quickcommercejobs.com.
11. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, code, data compilations, and branding are owned by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform or our datasets. Content you submit (job posts, business details) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it for operating the Platform.
12. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, unfilled roles, or hiring delays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your job posts, your treatment of candidates, your processing of candidate data, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with immediate effect for candidate-safety violations (fees charged to workers, data misuse, fake posts). You may close your account at any time by writing to hire@quickcommercejobs.com. Statutory records (GST invoices, transaction ledgers) are retained as required by law.
15. Modifications to terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes are notified by email and on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996; the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact us at hire@quickcommercejobs.com with a 30-day written notice. Legal notices: contact@apexlayer.in or the registered office address above.
