How fast can I actually hire? +
Candidates on the platform are already looking for work. Once verified, you can unlock contacts and be on a call or WhatsApp within minutes. Many employers make their first hire the same day; most roles fill within a couple of days.
Are the candidates real and available? +
Yes. Every candidate profile you can contact has opted in to be reached by verified employers, and only active job-seekers appear in search.
What does it cost to start? +
Nothing. Posting a job is free, and everyone who applies to it is free to contact, no card required. When you want to reach out to candidates yourself, a City Pass (from ₹499, one-time) unlocks every profile, phone number, and CV in your city.
Which roles can I hire for? +
Every dark-store role, pickers, packers, loaders, scanning and billing associates, shift and store incharges, and store and dark-store managers.
How do you verify employers? +
By corporate email domain, GSTIN, or a business document. Unverified accounts can never see or contact a candidate.
Pricing and City Pass
What counts as a city, and can I hire in more than one? +
A City Pass covers the one city your store is in (for example Jaipur, or Delhi NCR as a single market). Hiring in more than one city? Add each city at the same price. Running many cities or an agency hiring for several clients? Talk to us for volume pricing.
Is “unlimited” really unlimited? +
Yes, every candidate contact and unlimited job posts in your city for the length of your pass. A quiet fair-use limit runs in the background purely to stop automated scraping; genuine hiring never comes close to it.
Is this a subscription? +
No. A City Pass is a one-time payment, ₹499 for 1 month or ₹999 for 3 months in one city. Nothing auto-renews and there is no card kept on file. When it ends, buy another pass only if you still need it.
Are prices inclusive of GST? +
No. The price you see is the price you pay: ₹499 and ₹999 include GST. Your invoice shows the tax break-up, and adding your GSTIN gets you a B2B invoice for input credit.
Verification
How long does employer verification take? +
Corporate email verification is instant. GSTIN and physical store verification usually clear within a few hours, and almost always within one business day. You can draft job posts while you wait.
What if I run a store but the GSTIN is not in my name? +
Upload a business document instead: a shop or trade licence, a storefront photo taken on your phone, or a rent agreement. It exists exactly for franchise and managed-store setups.
Can candidates see who unlocked their profile? +
Candidates are notified that a verified employer viewed their contact details, and every profile you can reach has opted in to be contacted by verified employers.
