Privacy Policy for Employers

Last updated: 15 July 2026 · Effective: 15 July 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), the data fiduciary for personal data collected through hire.quickcommercejobs.com is Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited, CIN U58201HR2025PTC135312, registered office WeWork India, DLF Forum, DLF Cyber City Phase III, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India.

Privacy inquiries: sachin@quickcommercejobs.com. Legal notices: contact@apexlayer.in. This policy covers the employer surface; job seekers are covered by the candidate policy at quickcommercejobs.com/privacy.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: work email, contact person name, phone, business name and type.
  • Verification data: GSTIN and registered business name, corporate email domain, claimed store details, and any proof documents you submit.
  • Billing data: transaction records, GSTIN for invoicing, invoice history. Card and UPI details are processed by Razorpay and never stored by us.
  • Usage data: job posts, unlock history, and activity logs used for fair-use and anti-scraping protection.

3. How we use it

  • verifying your business before granting candidate access;
  • operating job posting, candidate search, and unlock features;
  • processing payments and issuing GST invoices;
  • transactional email (verification results, receipts, pass expiry notices);
  • protecting candidates and the platform (fraud, scraping, abuse detection);
  • aggregate analytics that never identify an individual account.

4. Candidate data you access

When you unlock a candidate, you become responsible for that personal data in your own right. The Terms of Use bind you to use it only for hiring at your business, to keep it within your hiring team, and to delete it when no longer needed. Candidates are shown to verified employers only where they have consented to be discoverable, and they are notified when a verified employer views their contact details.

5. Information sharing

We do not sell personal data. Your business name and verified status are shown to candidates on your job posts (that is the point of verification). Beyond that, data is shared only with the processors listed in section 10, and where required by law.

6. Data retention

Account and verification data are kept while your account is active. Transaction records and GST invoices are retained for the periods required by Indian tax law regardless of account status. Activity logs used for abuse protection are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to statutory retention (tax records cannot be deleted early). Write to sachin@quickcommercejobs.com; we respond within the timelines set by the DPDP Act 2023.

8. Cookies and analytics

The employer portal uses a session token stored in your browser to keep you signed in, and privacy-respecting analytics that measure page usage in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and candidate contact details are masked until a deliberate unlock. Payment credentials never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to hire@quickcommercejobs.com.

10. Third-party services

  • Razorpay: payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data).
  • Google: sign-in.
  • Email delivery providers: transactional email (name and email shared).
  • Analytics services: aggregated usage data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves. Material changes are notified by email and on the Platform; the date above reflects the current version.

12. Contact
