Agent or us?
The big difference is simple. An agent charges you for each person. We charge once for the city, and you do the calling.
To be fair to agents: a good one also checks people for you, handles salary paperwork and sends a replacement when someone leaves. We do not do those things. We show you who is looking for work near you, give you their number, and stay out of the way. Fees differ from agent to agent, so use your own number in the calculator above.
No middlemen
You call the worker yourself. No agent in the middle, and nothing to pay for each hire. The worker you call is the worker who comes to your store.
And the worker pays nothing
Workers never pay us anything. No registration fee, no training fee, no deposit. A picker earning about ₹14,000 a month should not have to give away a week of that just to get the job. You pay for the pass. The worker pays nothing. That is the whole deal.

Questions people ask us
Are you a hiring agency? +
No. An agency finds people and charges you for each person who joins. We are a place where workers put up their profile and you look through them yourself. You get the phone number, you make the call, and you decide who to hire. Nobody sits in between.
Do I pay you for each person I hire? +
Never. You pay once for your city, ₹499 for one month or ₹999 for three months. Hire one person or thirty in that time and the price is the same. There is no fee per hire, no commission and no cut of anyone's salary.
Do the workers pay you anything? +
No, and they never will. No fee to sign up, no fee for training, no deposit for a uniform, nothing at any stage. If anyone ever asks a worker for money using our name, write to trust@quickcommercejobs.com and we will act on it.
What if I hire only two or three people in a whole year? +
Then paying an agent for each person may cost you less than paying us, and you should do that. Put up your jobs here free, call everyone who applies to you free, and pay us only when you want to reach the people who have not applied yet.
Will I get people who are actually near my store? +
You see people in your city, plus people close by who have said they are ready to move for work. Every profile shows the area they live in, so you can start with the ones nearest your store.
What do I get for the money? +
Every worker profile in your city with their phone number, WhatsApp and CV, and as many job posts as you want to put up. You can look through the ten strongest profiles free first, before you pay anything.
